New Potatoes in Dill Sauce

4 oz. cut up cream cheese
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Green Onions (scallions), sliced
½ Teaspoon dried dill weed or 1 Tablespoon fresh
Salt to taste Cook and drain potatoes (cut into bite size pieces after cooking) – no need to peel.
Mix Cream Cheese with Milk and Microwave on high 1 minute.
Pour over potato pieces in bowl.
Add dill, and sliced up onion. Salt to taste, mix carefully so as not to break potatoes.
This dish may be served warm or cold. Serves: 8 – 1/2 cup servings
